I still remember when I helped my sister to plan her wedding. As an aspiring events coordinator, I figured that all we needed was a well decorated reception center, some punch bowls, and some good dance music. However, when her wedding arrived, I learned what it meant to be embarrassed. I quickly discovered that we had missed tons of important details including meals for people with dietary restrictions.
